ENT 110◊ Production Drawings & CAD

An introduction to mechanical blueprints, including reading, sketching and the use of software used in the design of mechanical components. Sketching, lettering, orthographic projections, descriptive geometry, point, line, basic geometric shapes will be covered. The student will demonstrate the use of menus, layers, fonts and weights. Basic dimensioning, tolerancing and pictorial drawings will be covered. This class needs to be taken in the first semester of joining the Engineering Technology program.
