HRT 240◊ Landscape Design

4 credits

Covers the principles of residential landscape design and includes basic graphic presentation, site measurements, landscape symbols, layouts, labeling and proper placement of plants into a design. Concepts of balance, form, harmony and focal point will be emphasized. Basic hardscape design practices also will be covered. Discussion will include topics on designing a sustainable landscape.
