Covers flower shop operations including merchandising, management techniques, business principles, techniques used in operating a shop, equipment needed and purchasing of materials. Securing material and delivery, comparing retail and wholesale and the connection to big retail outlets also will be covered. Special emphasis on customer relations and services will be explored.
