ANNUAL DISTRICT HIGH SCHOOL COMPETITION
Dates:
January 20 - February 13, 2015
Reception: February 11, 2015, 6-9PM
Following the successful plan of the 2014 competition, this year the show will again display works created by our district's high school students and chosen by their faculty for awards. Each year's show is uniquely powerful with a range of superb quality work that increases each year. A brief awards ceremony will be held at 7 p.m.

 

JILL LOBIANCO-BARTALIS
Dates:
February 16 - March 13, 2015
Reception: February 18, 2015, 6-8PM
Jill LoBianco-Bartalis has been an instructor at Triton College since 2005. Jill specializes in studio photography and is currently pursuing her Master of Arts Degree in Photography at Governors State University. Working in the mediums of photography and painting, her art focuses primarily on portraiture where she explores the dynamics of subject as self and subject as object.

 

ROBO REDUX
Dates:
March 23 - April 17, 2015
Reception: April 15, 2015, 6-8PM
Last year’s robotics collaboration was fun, eclectic, and battery powered. So many new ideas emerged during the show and reception that we are inviting the robots and their creators back for a new and improved collaboration. Come see how much fun can be had when student meets machine.

 

SPRING STUDENT SHOW

April 24 - May 12, 2015
Reception: May 12, 2015, 6-8PM
Help us close out the academic year with a great show from student artists. Drawings, paintings, sculpture, video presentations, photographs, a variety sure to delight the eye. Please join us in this celebration of our students’ accomplishments. The next thing they have to do is finals, so help them have fun!
