Are you looking to transfer to your dream school or earn a scholarship? This workshop will show you how to write a stellar transfer admissions or scholarship essay! Please bring paper & pencil or a laptop, as you will have the chance to brainstorm your own essay. Each participant will also have the chance to meet one on one to receive feedback from our English Faculty, Joseph Klein.

Begin the process of applying for financial aid and have all of your financial aid questions answered! Staff will be available to help students with the completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on the web. Therefore, be sure to come prepared with 2016 income information! Experts will also be available in the areas of work-study, student loans, scholarships and veteran’s affairs.

In today’s tough job market competition is fierce and having good grades and a great resume is no longer enough to land a great job. Students have to be prepared to demonstrate their superior communication skills, great presentation, sound judgment and winning personality during an interview. In this interactive workshop participants will learn the do’s and don’ts of the interviewing process.

A vision board places your goals in a visual context, allowing you to focus on what you want to achieve and keeping you motivated. This workshop provides the tools to design your vision board to express your goals clearly and passionately.
