National Louis University is one of Chicago's oldest private universities and a leader in providing a quality education for the adult learner. From its inception, National Louis has provided educational access to adult, immigrant and minority populations, a mission it sustains today. Well known for an exceptional history in teacher preparation, NLU continues to be a leader in educating future teachers and community leaders to succeed in urban environments.

National Louis serves more than 10,000 students at seven campus locations in Illinois, Wisconsin and Florida. The University includes the National College of Education, the College of Management & Business, and the College of Arts & Sciences. It offers bachelors, masters and doctoral degrees in 60 fields including education, management, human services, counseling, and other community-serving disciplines. The University continually works to improve schools and businesses through community partnerships and applied research, and is proud of the 65,000 living alumni who are using their NLU education to serve others.
