 Registration Policy

 

TERMS OF REGISTRATION:

I understand that once I submit the registration form for the Public Safety Physical Agility Testing (PSPAT),  also known as the POWER TEST, I am responsible for all tuition and fees associated with this test regardless of my attendance.  Tuition, $50.00 must be paid within three (3) days of registration.

REFUND POLICY:
A 100% refund will be granted to persons cancelling up to three (3) business days prior to the test. (9 a.m. – 5 p.m.) No refunds will be granted after this time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
It is the student’s responsibility to cancel the POWER TEST Registration. Not showing up for the test date, does not constitute a cancellation. Fees for the power test must be paid at the cashier’s office in advance on campus or by calling (708) 456-0300 ext. 3649.
