Real Estate Broker Certification

According to the Illinois Department for Professional Regulation, an individual seeking to obtain a brokers license must first be licensed as an Illinois Salesperson. In addition they must complete 75 hours of Broker Pre-License Course work.

The Triton College Real Estate Academy provide the following options for the completion of the 75 hour requirement:
