AST 100◊ Introduction to Astronomy

An introductory general astronomy course for non-science majors. The material presented in this course will include the following: planetary motion, origin of the solar system, a study of the planets and their moons, the sun, the nature of stars and their evolution, galaxies, and the origin of the universe. Students with prior credit in AST 101◊ or AST 102◊ will not receive credit for AST 100◊. IAI: P1 906L
