PED C45 Low Impact Aerobics

Indulge yourself in our low impact aerobic program, suitable for all levels of fitness. Warm up properly, then maintain target heart rate for aerobics, and gradually reduce cardiovascularoutput as you prepare for muscle toning and flexibility. Return to the resting heart ratethrough relaxation techniques. Wear support gym shoes and bring a mat or a rug.
