LAMAS Qi Gong involves the regulation of the body and the mind together with respiration control, self-massage, and movements which are soft, gentle, easy-flowing, and meditative. When combining controlled breathing techniques with Daoyin movements and visualization, Qi Gong offers a way to relieve stress, gain flexibility, increase longevity, and enhance vitality. Qi Gong can be practiced by students of any age or physical ability and can be done sitting or standing.
