CKG C60 Caribbean Cooking

Want to go to the “Islands” but don’t have the time? How about a culinary cruise through theCaribbean? Students will learn about the cuisines of Cuba, Haiti, Jamaica and Creole cooking. We will also explore the foods and agriculture of the islands since many foods are not familiar to the Midwestern palate. We will use no-cholesterol foods since this is a health-supporting culinary approach. $12.00 materials fee.
