HIA E06 Beverage Management

Basic setup and operation of a fully equipped beverage system. Concentration will be promotion, preparation and serving of alcoholic beverages and special party drinks. Alcohol laws and production process for distilled spirits and liquors also covered. For course sections numbered 101 and above, the course may be taken for college credit. All lower numbered sections are noncredit only.
