HIA E15 Food Sanitation and Safety

This course covers causes and prevention of food borne illnesses and accidents. Course stresses food service workers’ responsibilities in safety and protecting public health. Course meets requirements for the Illinois Department of Public Health Certification. For course sections numbered 101 and above, the course may be taken for college credit. All lower numbered sections are noncredit only.
