HIA E29 Chocolate

Fundamentals of working with chocolate, history and various types of chocolate. Students will learn to temper, molded and free-form creations, candies and creation of showpieces. For course sections numbered 101 and above, the course may be taken for college credit. All lower numbered sections are noncredit only.
