Covers flower shop operations including merchandising, management techniques, business principles, techniques used in operating a shop, equipment needed, and purchasing of materials. Securing material and delivery, comparing retail & wholesale and the connection to big retail outlets also will be covered. Special emphasis on customer relations and services will be explored.
