ENG C39 The Art of Storytelling for Adults

Storytelling is one of the oldest forms of performance art. The experience between the storyteller and the audience encourages a sharing of knowledge, history and cultural heritage, communication, memory and listening skills, public speaking, vocabulary, and entertainment. You can learn how to use language, gestures, and vivid images to effectively tell stories to audience, young and old. At the end of this course, students will have the opportunity to volunteer as guest storytellers for the children’s storytelling class.
