BSN E74 Paralegal Litigation - Online

Paralegal Litigation presents an overview of litigation and trial support including federal and state techniques used by practicing paralegals in daily procedural work. The students will be required to visit a specific court system and investigate the procedures and administrative requirements of pretrial and post-trial. The history of common and statutory law, and administrative agency procedures will also get some attention. The goal of the program is to help students learn the practical skills essential for success in the legal profession.
