PED 117◊ Walking For Fitness

Theory and application of the principles of walking as they relate to aerobic fitness. May be repeated for a maximum of four accrued credits. Multilevel course: beginning, intermediate and advanced. The beginning and/or intermediate level may be waived with consent of instructor.(formerly Jogging & Calisthenics)
