SPE E61 Acting I

Fundamentals of acting: concentration, observation, playing action, body and vocal control and other basics are taught and implemented through acting exercises, improvisations and scene study. Major acting approaches are introduced and used as the basis for helping the actor to acquire the craft in order to create believable characters. For course sections numbered 101 and above, the course may be taken for college credit. All lower numbered sections are noncredit only.
