    Triton College Faculty Association - Good Student Recognition Scholarship

    SCHOLARSHIP AMOUNT: 
    Up to $500 for tuition and books

    BACKGROUND: 
    This Good Student Recognition Scholarship established by the Triton College Faculty Association is funded annually through the generous support of the Cook County College teachers Union Local #1600.

    REQUIREMENTS: 

    • Must be a full-time continuing student
    • GPA of 3.0 or above
    • The application essay should introduce the applicant to the selection committee: include personal/professional background information major course of study and educational goals, and explain how the scholarship funds will assist the applicant in achieving their goals.
    • The application must include a letter of recommendation by a Triton College Faculty member
    • Applicants must include a copy of their transcript with the application packet.

    DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION: 
    Posted yearly by the Faculty Association usually in March with a beginning April Deadline date
