In this tutorial, you will print out a Web page. These steps are the same steps you are going to use in most other applications, such as Microsoft Word (TM).
- First, open up your Web browser. This should be either Netscape or Internet Explorer. It does not matter which.
- Browse to the Web site http://www.google.com/. This is the Web page we will print.
- Click on the File menu.
- Click on the Print... item. You'll see one of the screens below. The one on the left is the print dialog you'll see if you are in Internet Explorer, and the other is Netscape's dialog. You may click on the images to enlarge them.

- Look at the two dialogs. Notice that while they look different, they provide nearly the same functionality, just arranged a bit differently. The print dialogs for almost all programs do the same things. The differences are usually cosmetic.
- Click the OK button:
Printing almost never requires any action other than File->Print->OK.
