MAT 114- Trigonometry
If you scored a"6" on the placement test or a 23 on the ACT or if you completed MAT 085 with a "C" or better and if you are at college level in reading and writing , you may take this class. It is a 3 credit class covering the standard topics of trigonometry (see course outline).

This class is widely transferable state-wide but does not meet the mathematics requirement for Triton's AA and AS degrees. Check with your counselor to be sure.

This course together with MAT 110 is a prerequisite for the calculus sequence, starting with MAT 131.
