MAT 134- Business Calculus
If you scored an"8" on the placement test a 24 on the mathematics portion of the ACT or if you completed MAT 110 Mat with a "C" or better OR you completed MAT 111 with a "C" or better AND you are at college level in reading and writing , you may take this class. It is a 5 credit class covering the standard topics of business calculus, placing special emphasis on applications to business, economics and the social sciences.

This class is widely transferable state-wide and meets the mathematics requirement for Triton's AA and AS degrees. Check with your counselor to be sure.

This course is not a prerequisite for any other course.
