Conflict Resolution is an opportunity for students to learn effective ways to resolve disputes before they harm their organization.

Fear Factor: How Fear Affects Your Leadership

Fear Factor: How Fear Affects Your Leadership focuses on assisting student leaders on eliminating fear when leading. Student leaders will also learn useful tactics on how to identify their fears and overcome them.
