Men's soccer team goes to finals

The Triton College men's soccer team will go for its sixth consecutive Region IV Division III title at noon this Saturday, Oct. 26, against Joliet Junior College. The game will be played at the Schwaben Athletic Club located at 301 N. Weiland Road in Buffalo Grove.

Joliet (8-5-1) punched their ticket to the finals with a 1-0 win over Madison College in Wednesday's other regional semifinal contest.

The Triton-Joliet winner will advance to the District C finals in White Bear Lake, Minn., to take on the Mighty Wood Ducks of Century Community College on Saturday, Nov. 2. The District C winner will advance to the NJCAA Division III National Tournament in Herkimer, Ny., from Nov. 14-17.
