Shelley has been teaching at Triton since August of 2004. Prior to Triton, Shelley taught at Elgin Community College.

Shelley has two masters degrees. One is in pure mathematics, from Jabalpur, India and the other is an M.S. in Math and Information Science from the University of Illinois.
