Department of Continuing Education Real Estate Academy The Triton College Real Estate Academy offers pre-license courses in Real Estate Sales and Brokerage, Appraisal and Home Inspection as approved by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Throughout the year we offer the Continuing Education courses for current real estate salespersons who are renewing their licenses and for individuals entering the profession. Triton College has made it even easier to take your first step into a real estate career by offering the Real Estate Fundamentals course (RES E15) in an online format. Simply register for RES E15 070 to get started from the comfort of your own home. In addition, Triton offers courses in mortgage loan origination and processing. The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation requires that any new candidate applying for his or her Loan Originator Permanent Certificate of Registration take and pass the Loan Originator Examination. The Real Estate Academy offers a course in Mortgage Loan Origination that prepares candidates for this exam.
