Illinois offers three ranks of appraiser licensure. Associate, Certified Residential and Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. As a prerequisite to taking the state examination, you must successfully complete the required classroom hours for that particular rank.
After successfully passing the state examination, the student will be qualified to prepare appraisal reports of all types of real property without restrictions as to the scope of practice only under the direction of either a Certified Residential or Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.
We are currently offering the following courses for the Associate Real Estate Appraiser License:

- RES E21 - Basic Real Estate Appraisal Procedures
- RES E22 - 15 Hours National USPAP Course
