Interested in becoming a Mortgage Broker? This course is designed to educate the student seeking Loan Originator training as well as preparation for the examination for Loan Originator licensure and registration required by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (DPFR) in the State of Illinois. The course is designed to answer and address theories and fundamentals pertaining to the role of the Mortgage Loan Originator. It further presents a realistic view and in-depth analysis of the potentials and expectations of “the life” of the mortgage loan professional. The advanced portion of the course incorporates a thorough examination of Illinois rules and regulations governing the mortgage industry including the Residential Mortgage License Act of 1987.
