RES E15 Real Estate Fundamentals, for non-credit. You must receive a 75% or better in the class to pass. ON LINE OPTION - RES E15 070, Real Estate Fundamentals allows you to take the basics course over the Internet. You must have a windows compatible system and access to the Internet. What happens after I take the class? If you have successfully passed the class you will receive a transcript in the mail for the class in about two weeks. This transcript has a raised school seal and is different than the regular Triton College transcript. It is specific to real estate. You must then take and pass the state exam. You have up to three years from the day that you begin your real estate class to sit for the state exam and you have three times to pass it.
