This curricula offers students an opportunity to acquire specific skills in the diverse industry of Visual Communications. The program offers a variety of certificates and an associate's degree with concentrations in Graphic Arts, Graphic Design, Illustration Graphics and New Media. Additional specialty certificates are available in Page Layout, Advanced Page Layout, and Advanced Digital Photography.
Courses are taught in both design and production using current software, including QuarkXpress, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash and others. Additional software used in the program include color management, trapping, and pre-flight software.
