Short-term certificate program designed to offer the student highly integrated real world hands-on labs that parallel the job functions of an entry-level PC service support specialist. All four courses parallel CompTIA's A+ test objectives and primarily focuses on required job skill sets.
Program Prerequisite: CIS 101 equivalent course work or work experience.
