The Human Resources department is committed to Student Success by providing quality service to all employee groups and departments of the college. These services include, but are not limited to: recruitment of diverse and highly qualified talent, negotiation and administration of the collective bargaining agreements representing the various employee groups, the resolution of employee issues and administration of the college's benefit plans and compensation programs. In addition to providing these employee services, the Human Resources department also ensures the college is in compliance with all state and federal laws that govern the treatment of employees.
Through strategic planning, the Human Resources department identifies emerging trend and future needs of the college, and in collaboration with the Professional Development Center, prepares the workforce with the necessary skills to continue to help the college meet its goals.
