Thank you for your efforts in fighting for our country!

Welcome to Triton College’s webpage for Veteran & Military Family Services that will provide information on new programs, events and resources and services available to our student veterans, veterans in the community and their families.

In 2011, Triton College was selected to take part in U.S. President Barack Obama’s Interfaith and Community Service Campus Challenge that calls for interfaith cooperation and programming in service to others. The mission is to bring together people from different religious and non-religious backgrounds to tackle community challenges.

Triton College chose to provide a service and honor our military men and women and their families. Our aim is to understand the needs of veterans on campus and in the community in order to provide them with the resources and services necessary for them to make a successful transition from the battlefield to the classroom and/or to resuming productive lives in their community through partnerships with area organizations, businesses and parishes.

As a non-profit community college, Triton College can offer veterans and their families:

    • Guidance through the registration process
    • Information to the educational benefits afforded to them to get them on track to earning a degree or certificate
    • Access to resources and services that will aid in their educational and career pursuits
    • Up-to-date information on veteran-related campus news and events
