Join us in honoring celebrated chef Anthony Bourdain. Students in Triton's Culinary Program will serve some of his famous dishes while Chicago chef Nico and hospitality scholar Kamallah Kaplan discuss his contributions to the evolution of American culinary tastes and his immense impact on the American society. The event is free to attend and open to the public.
