The College's strategic priorities are organized around three goals and nine high-impact initiatives designed to accelerate progress toward its 2030 targets.

Triton will expand student opportunity and success, advance workforce and community partnerships, strengthen financial and organizational resilience, and leverage data and technology to improve decision-making and the student experience.
