Community Health Worker Certificate of Completion

Community Health Workers (CHWs) connect individuals and families with healthcare, social services, and community resources while helping improve access to care and overall community well-being.

Triton College’s 150-hour Community Health Worker Certificate of Completion prepares students with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience needed to serve diverse communities.

Who Should Enroll?

Program Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • No previous healthcare experience required
  • Ability to participate in online coursework
  • Ability to complete the required 80-hour supervised field placement
