RIVER GROVE, Ill. — Families looking for spring break activities can find a captivating mix of education and entertainment at Triton College’s Cernan Earth and Space Center, which is offering a lineup of shows while local schools are out of session.

The schedule features a combination of astronomy-focused presentations and music-driven laser light shows, creating an experience that sparks curiosity and keeps audiences coming back.

Spring break offerings include:

Tuesday, March 24:
• 2:30 p.m.  Space Aliens: Looking for Life in the Universe
• 4 p.m.  Laser Prince

Wednesday, March 25:
• 9:45 a.m.  One World, One Sky: Big Bird’s Adventure
• 2:30 p.m.  Forward! To the Moon!
• 4 p.m.  Laser B-52s

Thursday, March 26:
• 2:30 p.m.  Cosmic Colors: An Adventure Along the Spectrum
• 4 p.m.  Laser Michael Jackson

Friday, March 27:
• 2:30 p.m.  Dark Side of Light
• 4 p.m.  Laser Pink Floyd: The Dark Side of the Moon

Tuesday, March 31:
• 2:30 p.m.  Seeing: A Photon’s Journey Across Space, Time and Mind
• 4 p.m.  Laser David Bowie

Wednesday, April 1:
• 9:45 a.m.  The Stellars: Mission Green
• 2:30 p.m.  Dinosaurs at Dusk: The Origins of Flight
• 4 p.m.  Laser The Beatles

Thursday, April 2:
