Troy-Rides, powered by Lyft, will provide to and from Triton College up to six emergency rides within a 12-mile radius. This service is available for students facing urgent or unexpected circumstances.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be currently enrolled at Triton College.
• Must provide proof of residency.
• Must provide proof of employment. (if applicable)
• Must have a working cell phone number.
• Must complete the online application.
• Required: Student must complete an in-person intake at the Office of Student Life.
• A 24 to 48 hour notice is required for a ride to be dispatched.

Service Details:

• Students may request rides to or from Triton College, work, or clinical sites within a 12-mile radius.
• Each student is allowed a maximum of 6 rides per semester.
• A round trip counts as two rides.
• Ride requests must be submitted at least 24 to 48 hours in advance.
• This program is intended for emergency or special circumstances only, not for routine or personal travel.
