The hotel/motel management degree and certificate programs will prepare you for customer facing roles in hotels, resorts and other forms of lodging, emphasizing skills in service ethic, teamwork, communication, data analysis, accounting, and operations. You will learn how to lead, program, plan, administer and manage hospitality programs at hotels and motels while also developing guest relations skills. Your classroom instruction will prepare you for any role in hospitality and will be the foundation for a career path that focuses on management and customer service.
