FREE for those with PPO insurance, while a small fee applies for those with HMO plans or individuals who are uninsured
Vaccines will be provided by Jewel-Osco pharmacies, with pharmacy representatives administering the shots.
According to Jewel-Osco, flu vaccines are FREE for those with PPO insurance, while a small fee applies for those with HMO plans or individuals who are uninsured.
Other vaccines available at this clinic include the COVID-19, shingles and pneumonia vaccines.
