Triton College is embarking on a journey to improve diversity, equity and inclusion across campus. To that end, the college is working with The Kaleidoscope Group to conduct focus groups to understand employee experiences.
You have been randomly selected to participate in a confidential 90-minute focus group to share your personal experiences as a Triton employee. If you are interested in being part of a focus group, register below for the group you best identify with and feel gives voice to your experiences.
Participation will be kept confidential - no names or individuals will be identified in any notes or reports. Sharing your experience will help provide a clearer picture of what matters most to our employees and what may need improvement to ensure the greatest positive impact for us all.
