College for Working Adults

Bring your unofficial transcript(s) to your meeting with one of our counselors. A counselor can give you an idea of which courses will transfer, but ultimately, you will need an official evaluation at the time of application to determine if Triton College will accept the courses.

Triton College evaluates the college-level knowledge and skills an individual has gained outside of the classroom in order to grant them college credit. More information about Credit for Prior Learning (also called Prior Learning Assessment) can be found here.

Courses can be taken on campus mornings through evenings, weekdays and weekends, online accessible at your convenience, or a combination of both in-person and online to accommodate your busy schedule.

The college offers in-person and virtual tutoring, writing assistance by email or in-person, 24/7 access to Brainfuse on-demand e-learning,  counseling, and workshops in various topics to help enhance math skills, writing skills, study skills, and also assist students preparing for TEAS.
