Spoon River Anthology Premieres Sept. 28

Be sure to check out one of the upcoming performances of “Spoon River Anthology,” the fall theatre production of Triton’s Visual, Performing and Communication Arts Department.

Edgar Lee Masters’ classic poem cycle, adapted and directed by Andrew Gallant and Sommer Austin, weaves together individual stories of the citizens of a fictional Illinois town to tell a mosaic tale of the town itself. The heartbreak, joy, discontentment and pride of the citizens find vibrant reimagined life in this new adaptation.
