Culinary Holiday Classes

The School of Continuing Education and the Hospitality Industry Administration (HIA) program present one evening classes: Holiday Cooking and Holiday Baking.

In Holiday Cooking (HIA C10), participants will learn how to create seasonal favorites, including roasted chicken, potatoes and a veggie casserole. Trained chefs will highlight proper techniques. In Holiday Baking (HIA C11), participants will learn how to bake holiday-themed cakes and cookies. Tuition for both classes is $35.
