Hospitality Bakery, Bistro and Café Schedule

Enjoy sweet treats, mocktails, cocktails and delicious food prepared by Triton College’s Hospitality Industry Administration (HIA) students at the college’s hospitality bakery, bistro and café, now through Nov. 22.   

Satisfy your sweet tooth every Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the bakery, located in the Student Center Cafeteria (B Building). Indulge in your favorite cookies, cakes and pastries.

Visit the bistro (Room B-225, B Building) every Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., for mocktails or cocktails crafted by HIA students:

• Thursday, Oct. 30 – mocktails
• Thursday, Nov. 6 – beer and wine (21 and over)
• Thursday, Nov. 13 – beer, wine and cocktails (21 and over)
• Thursday, Nov. 20 – beer, wine and cocktails (21 and over)

Hungry for lunch? Come to Café 64 (Room B-202, B Building) every Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. for delicious meal options.
