Library Forum
The Triton College Library invites you to a meaningful and inspiring evening at its third annual Library Forum, taking place Wednesday, Oct. 8, at 6 p.m., in the Library (A Building). This year’s theme centers on assisting neurodiverse students and their families prepare for a successful college experience. Hear firsthand from a panel of parents and students as they share valuable insights, personal stories and practical tips for navigating the transition to college as a neurodiverse learner. Light snacks will be provided, and activity spaces will be available to keep children (ages 3-16) engaged while their families attend the forum. This event is free, but registration is required.
“Libraries should be at the forefront of finding ways to help everyone feel empowered to learn and discover,” said Shekinah Lawrence, chair of the Triton College Library.
The Library is partnering with the Triton College Center for Access and Accommodative Services (CAAS) for this forum.
