Mind Matters

TRIUMPH & SURGE invite students to Mind Matters, two mental health conversations taking place in October and November. Talk with your peers about mental health in a confidential and safe environment.

Shop Talk, a monthly group conversation for men, will be held Thursday, Oct. 9, 1-2 p.m.; Thursday, Oct. 23, 1-2 p.m.; and Thursday, Nov. 10, 3-4 p.m. in Student Life, B-280 (B Building). Learn about personal growth, brotherhood and empowerment.

Her Haven, an honest conversation about women’s mental health and life’s challengers, will be held Wednesday, Oct. 22, from noon-1 p.m., and Wednesday, Nov. 19, from 3-4 p.m. in Student Life, B-280 (B Building). Leave the conversation feeling heard and empowered.
