Registration Policy
Terms of Registration:
Payment is due at time of registration. I understand that once I complete the registration process for my student, I am responsible for all tuition and fees associated with this course regardless of attendance.
Refund Policy:
A 100% refund will be granted to persons cancelling up to three (3) business days prior to the start date of class (9 a.m. – 5 p.m.). No refunds will be granted after this time.
I agree to the terms of registration in relation to the Children’s Music Lessons Program.
